The technical support I received from Solano Mobility & Accessibility tm was outstanding. They have a wealth of knowledge. The Info they provided can not be found on an install video or manual. Their tips saved me hours of work and frustration. They are accessible, in my case: text and phone. I frequently communicated with them during the install. They reached out the evening of the install to see how everything went. I appreciated the follow-up. They are a good at communication: professional, friendly, easy to understand. It was a pleasure working with they. The lift is working beautifully. My hats off to Solano Mobility & Accessibility tm. The product and support they provided has vastly improved the quality of my mother's life."
