Comments: My eighty-six-year-old mother purchased a stair lift from Solano Mobility & Accessibility. We live in a rural area in MI.. Solano Mobility & Accessibility had the lift directly shipped to her door in four days. I did the install myself. The technical support I received from Solano Mobility & Accessibility was outstanding. They have a wealth of knowledge. The Info. their technician provided can not be found on an install video or manual. His tips saved me hours of work and frustration. Their technician was accessible, in my case: text and phone. I frequently communicated with him during the installation. He reached out the evening of the install to see how everything went. I appreciated the follow-up. A good communicator: professional, friendly, easy to understand. It was a pleasure working with him. The lift is working beautifully. My hats off to Solano Mobility & Accessibility. The product and support they provided has vastly improved the quality of my mothers life.
3-5 business days after we receive a completed order your product is prepared and shipped. Then it usually takes between 1-5 business days for the shipping carrier (ie. FedEx) to deliver your product to your home.
Please note for all stair lift orders we require photos of your staircase (complete views of the upper and lower landings, and an entire top down view of the staircase - email photos to firstname.lastname@example.org) for the order to be promptly approved and processed.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, a stock product (non-customized) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The customer must also pay the shipping cost to return the item, as well as, the shipping cost if the customer is receiving an exchange.
